We offer a weekly meal prep service of fresh, never frozen, delicious portioned meals! Meals are $12 each.We send out the menu for the week to clients on Monday. Orders are due by end of day Wednesday. Meals are prepared and delivered on Saturday or Sunday.

We have pickup locations in Hillsville and Mount Airy, though time for each week does vary slightly. We text clients on Friday each week to arrange meeting time.

We currently offer 3 different menus:
Standard, Keto, and Breakfast! We are able to adjust menus within reason to remove things that are dislikes or allergies.
