I am back from my week long family vacation in the Wisconsin Dells. Time to get back to promoting our Third Annual Halloween event!!

Our event is Saturday October 14th

Club 16 Ballfields
316 S King rd
Holland Ohio

10am-5pm

A 10 x 10 space is $40 and a 10 x20 space is $60.
Get your email to us at [email protected] so we can get a contract out to you. All vendors are required to pass out candy for trick or treating and there will be a trophy for best decorated booth judged by our staff. Once you have your contract back to us and payment made you are locked in!!!

After the disappointing turn out last Saturday we have decided to not do a Summer show again. There is just too much going on with festivals, weddings, vacations and people doing other things. Again I apologize I really expected a better turn out. We will still remember and memorialize Rob at our October shows.
We did raise over $300 for Nightingales Harvest.
We will concentrate every year on making our Halloween show bigger and better

Our vendor list so far for Hallows Handicrafts of Holland Arts & Crafts Show
There will be trick or treating at each vendor booth, scavenger hunt for the kids, free pumpkins for the kids. This is our third year doing this show and it gets bigger and bigger every year. Last year we had 75 vendors and we are looking to put 100 out there this year.

Thank you to all the vendors and food trucks that came out today to honor my brother Rob Hall. Thank you to Rob’s daughters for everything you two did with the kids games and face painting. Thank you to my dad Rick Barror and my wife Fran for all the help today.
I am so sorry we did not have more shoppers than we had.. I really did everything I could to promote this event but the shoppers just did not show up with everything else going on around town. Again I am sorry and I hope you still made a little money.

We are a couple days away, so I just wanted to post some information for vendors on Saturday. You can check in as early as 8 AM. You will be able to drive onto the ballfield right to your spot to set up. We just ask that after you are done you park your vehicle on the outside of the fence in front of your space leaving the parking lot for shoppers if you have more than one vehicle or you need more room we have an area set up for extra cars for vendors. We ask that you are set up and ready to go by 930. They will be a quick vendor meeting in the middle of the ball diamonds to go over some more information for the day and to do a balloon release for Rob. I am very excited and good luck to all

Two of our food trucks that were scheduled for this Saturday June 10th are not responding to messages. Looking for a Mexican food truck and a food truck selling fair food, ( cotton candy, popcorn, fried fair food)
We are expecting 400-500 shoppers along with 50 vendor booths.
We will be open from 10am - 5pm
