Job Position: Driver & Warehouse
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: Starting at $15 per hour, $16+ after 30 days

About Us:
We are a busy tool rental store serving contractors, homeowners, and businesses in Toledo and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on great customer service and timely deliveries. We're looking for a reliable driver to join our team and help deliver and pick up rental equipment safely and on time.

Responsibilities:
-Load, secure, and transport tools and equipment to customer sites
-Perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
-Assist with loading/unloading at the store and customer locations
-Maintain delivery schedule and communicate delays
-Provide excellent customer service on delivery
-Help out in the store when needed (e.g. cleaning, organizing, and sending out equipment)

Requirements:
-Valid driver’s license (CDL not required, but a plus)
-Clean driving record
-Drug-free workplace
-Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs)
-Basic knowledge of tools and equipment (or willingness to learn)
-Dependable, punctual, and professional
-Good communication skills

Important Update!

After 38 years in the rental industry, Larry Hutson has decided to say farewell to the party division. He will remain operating the tool store division located on Byrne Rd in Toledo, but he and his family are excited to pass the event rental legacy on to a new owner. We are thrilled to share that the long-term staff and management of Brad and Brittinee Huntley, will continue running the day-to-day operations.

Business will continue as usual, with a new name - American Event Rentals! While the location is changing, we will remain in Holland, moving to the campus of Holland Gardens at
6530 Angola Rd by the end of October.

We thank all of our customers for their continued support and repeat business. We strive to continue on a sustainable reputation and standing in the community. Though the Hutsons have decided to step away from the party division, we want you to know that we will handle each of your events with the attention and precision you deserve!

This beautiful day has us thinking about a few of our youngest set up volunteers at Barefoot at the Beach a few weeks ago. They were working so hard and only complained about being hot a few times. But they had fun and another great reason we participate as volunteers at the event on Saturday morning. It's important for the kiddos to know what goes into setting up an event and be involved. We are lucky to be able to include them in some of our events especially ones that benefits kids like them!
