Our DJ experience speaks volumes for us. At the core, XZI Productions is made up of Tony Siano and Rob Charette - who began their DJ career very young in 1993, working for local schools and performing at private parties. The two have always had a wide amount of musical knowledge and a huge appreciation for quality live sound, not to mention the love of being at the heart of a GREAT party! After a number of years working together, Tony had relocated to the Albany area and Rob started working for another Mobile DJ Service where he cut his teeth learning how to properly and effectively work wedding receptions. Charette's experience working as a Wedding DJ was only further helped by his 15 years working as a Master Control Operator/Voice Over Talent at the WWLP TV22 Operations Hub. This experience played into his ability to operate effectively in the high pressure "live broadcast" environment whilst keeping a very cool head - something that Rob applies to keeping your event running smooth and keeping it fun. His ability to be clear and communicate to a crowd also with professional mic control, eliminates the "what did he say?" response from your guests when directing the flow of your party. Rob is also a drummer and works with many area musicians and venues - hosting and promoting events. His experience playing gigs, and organizing events has shown him how to be a professional, effective entertainer and how to really read a crowd! Tony had worked a number of events in the upstate NY area and had continued in the highly technical IT field. His experience has proven to be a huge asset as the Mobile DJ world has gotten more in tune with the digital world and computers - long gone are the days we'd have the newest hits on a cassette single!
