💥Today is Day 2 of Battle Weekend! See history come alive at this annual event! Gorgeous sunny weather for today!
Come see us by the Alligator Pavilion! 💥

The park is open and the Dade Battle Weekend has begun!! Come and join us to learn about Dade's Battle of 1835 and the start of the Second Seminole War.

We suggest being at the park no later than 1 p.m. to allow time to park and find your spot on the viewing mound before the battle starts at 2 p.m. but there is so much to see and do. Come early to explore the park and all the event has to offer. The park opens at 9 a.m. Food trucks will be onsite. Parking is cash only but entrance tickets can be paid for with cash or card.

If you have never been to Battle Weekend at Dade Battlefield, you are missing out! The first weekend in January is the annual Reenactment weekend in Bushnell! The historians that put this annual event together work incredibly hard and do an amazing job, and it’s one of our favorite events to work! So much to do and see!
