Our adult hip hop workshop with Miss Allison is designed to uplift, empower, and reconnect you with the joy of movement. With her motivating teaching style and fun, approachable choreography, Miss Allison creates an environment where adults of all experience levels can let loose, learn new skills, and rediscover their rhythm. Come dance, sweat, and celebrate what your body can do — you’ll leave feeling strong, inspired, and refreshed.
