Tall Timbers Concerts presents:

IT'S YOUR LUCKY DAY!

This is quite possibly the biggest concert of the year.
Ted Vigil will be performing for you on June 30, 2024
at the Hoodsport fire station ~ 331 N. Finch Creek Rd.
in beautiful downtown Hoodsport. The concert will
begin at 3:00PM. Cookies and punch will be served
at intermission.

Ted Vigil is, in my opinion, the premier John Denver
tribute artist in the country. He sells out huge venues
all over. Steve Weisberg, John Denver's lead guitar
player, loved to perform with Ted.

Many will remember when Ted performed at our
house in 2015 and, if you missed him then you may
have heard about the concert from a friend. You
certainly don't want to miss him this time.

The country's number one John Denver tribute artist,
Vigil embodies the late great music icon in look as
well as voice with an unforgettable performance.
Denver's own lead guitarist, Steve Weisberg, has
described Vigil's act as "uncanny". Expect to hear
Denver's most beloved hits, including 'Take Me Home,
Country Roads', 'Leaving on a Jet Plane', 'Annie's Song',
'Rocky Mountain High', 'Calypso', 'Thank God I'm a
Country Boy', 'Sunshine on My Shoulders', and many
more in this exquisite tribute to the sorely missed artist.

Be sure to get this on your calendar so you don't miss
out! Suggested donation of $20 per person goes to our
musician. Call Lois at 360-877-5862 for questions or
directions.

Do you know what a house concert is? Have you ever been to one?

What a great way to support live music in a comfortable environment.

When a pot luck is part of it ~ there's always good food.
The music is ALWAYS top notch. You get to meet some
of your neighbors ~ make new friends.

A good meal, for the cost of your pot luck dish; great entertainment, for way less than you would pay for a concert in a big city and you don't have to drive very far. You get to meet and chat with the musician and interact with the concert if you choose to.

If you have any questions ~ give Lois a call at 360-877-5862.

And to get a real taste of what a house concert is ~ come to see and hear Bruce Coughlan on Saturday, May 25 at 5:30 PM! You'll be SO happy that you did!

Tall Timbers Concerts presents:

I bet you've had this on your calendar for awhile now.
Now it's just a week until Hank Cramer will be at
St. Germain's. May 5 at 4:00PM What kind of a
show will he bring us? Whatever he sings ~ you
will love it!
Hank Cramer is one of the best-loved folksingers in
the American West. He is widely known for his
booming bass voice, smooth picking on a vintage flat-
top guitar, and his wry sense of humor. He has a
repertoire of over a thousand modern and traditional
songs, spanning the genres of celtic, appalachian,
maritime, cowboy, and plain old folk music. He is
more than simply a performer, however. He is a
historian and educator who weaves music and history
into presentations which bring to life the rich story of
America’s westward movement, and give his
audiences insight into the “folk process” by which
traditional songs evolve and change to describe new
events. Hank’s music has garnered numerous
professional awards in the music industry including
being selected to receive the Humanities
Washington Award for 2011.

We suggest a donation of $15~$20 though no one is

Here's what you get to enjoy on August 26, 2023!

First, at St Germain's Episcopal Church, there is
Market on the Hill from 9:00AM to 3:00PM. And,
then with as swift a transition as possible we will
get to enjoy Mike & Carleen McCornack.

The beautiful musical collaboration of Pacific
Northwest singer-songwriters, Mike and Carleen
McCornack has been shared with grateful
audiences for over five decades. From living rooms
to concert halls, their exquisite vocal harmony,
sparkling guitar accompaniment and superb
songwriting comes together in their music with
pure imagination, stunning imagery and heart and
never fails to tickle the funny bone!

“Beautiful melodies, great musicians. Pure heartfelt
vocals all blended together into music that will leave
you smiling in your heart.”
Bill Staines, Singer/Songwriter

“The songs are wonderful and the recording is so
meticulous, just exquisite. I love their voices too,
very sweet harmonies and beautifully expressive
singing. I'm very proud of what they’ve done with
"Darcy Farrow." It's one of the nicest versions
we've had. The original songs are very fine as well.”
Steve Gillette, Songwriter

We're using our alternative venue for this one.
The acoustics are amazing. If you haven't been
to a concert at St. Germain's this is the perfect
time to check it out.

SURPRISE! SURPRISE!
We are going to have an outdoor concert!
The Angel & The Outlaw will perform in
our yard on Friday, August 4. The potluck
will begin at 5:30. As before, we will
provide paper plates and plastic cutlery.
Bring a beverage of your choosing.
The concert immediately follows the food -
about 6:00.
With beautiful melodies and wonderful
harmonies, Kathy and Craig's music takes
everyone who hears it to another time in
another world. Kathy's sweet soprano and
Craig's deep baritone voices blend into a
rich tapestry of stories and songs that
delight and entertain audiences wherever
they go. They are song FINDERS, rather
than song writers, and they sing everything
from 12th century ballads to folk music
from the 60's to songs that were born just
yesterday. Added to this is a smattering of
motorcycle poetry, which can be compared
to Mark Twain stories in rhyme.Together,
Kathy and Craig serve up a delightful
smorgasbord that has something for everyone.
Following the concert there will be a song
circle - so bring your instrument, your voice,
your poetry, your - - -. We may move indoors
for that. It's also okay to be a listener.
Our long standing suggested donation of $15
per person is still good. It goes to the
musicians for all this good entertainment.
For questions, directions call Lois 360-877-5862
We're looking to filling our yard with happy
