We have officially wrapped up our 2024 festival tour and looking forward to getting back out into our communities in the spring. We are working on making a few adjustments to our catering menu and will post that soon now that we have a little down time. Stay tuned for some holiday and football specials. We had a wonderful time today at Buford Academy feeding the staff. We rolled out our new Spicy Pimento Cheese Smoked Sausage on a new sandwich we’re calling The Boss Hog, sliced sausage topped with pulled pork, vinegar sauce and our Tangy Red sauce. Needless to say, the brisket didn’t last long.

We had a great time at the JCAF Harvest Festival last night. Our next public appearance will be at the Nicholson Small Town Harvest Festival on November 8th and 9th. We will be there with a full BBQ menu and also entered into the BBQ competition. Pulled pork will be a people’s choice, so come out and purchase a ticket to vote for your favorite pulled pork.

Next up for us. We’re excited to return to the JCAF for their Harvest Festival. We enjoyed our first outing there this past spring where we debuted our smoked sausage dog menu. We will be there Saturday with our BBQ menu in full swing. Come by and say hello.

First event with the food trailer this weekend. Hoschton Spring Festival from 10-5. This will be our first event with Brunswick Stew and brisket on the menu. Definitely do not miss out on that.

About 3 hours left to come by the Nicholson Daisy Festival and grab one of these sausages

Getting ready to head out for set up at the Nicholson Daisy Festival. Menu this weekend will consist of pulled pork plates, pulled pork sandwiches, sausage plates, and showcasing a couple of our most popular sausage dogs, The Belly of the Beast, sweet pork sausage topped with pulled pork and crispy pork belly drizzled with Honey Bourbon BBQ sauce and our Jalapeno Cheddar sausage topped with creamy slaw and Tangy BBQ sauce.

Well, here we are. Concession trailer was finally delivered. Now we have to figure out how we’re getting that beast of a smoker on the back of it. We will be looking for a good company to put our logo on it soon, if anyone knows of someone that does this, please let us know. We have a few events coming up in early May, so be on the lookout for us.
