First event with the food trailer this weekend. Hoschton Spring Festival from 10-5. This will be our first event with Brunswick Stew and brisket on the menu. Definitely do not miss out on that.

Getting ready to head out for set up at the Nicholson Daisy Festival. Menu this weekend will consist of pulled pork plates, pulled pork sandwiches, sausage plates, and showcasing a couple of our most popular sausage dogs, The Belly of the Beast, sweet pork sausage topped with pulled pork and crispy pork belly drizzled with Honey Bourbon BBQ sauce and our Jalapeno Cheddar sausage topped with creamy slaw and Tangy BBQ sauce.
Well, here we are. Concession trailer was finally delivered. Now we have to figure out how we’re getting that beast of a smoker on the back of it. We will be looking for a good company to put our logo on it soon, if anyone knows of someone that does this, please let us know. We have a few events coming up in early May, so be on the lookout for us.
