Vanilla NY cheesecake with hot fudge ribbons, hot fudge glaze and chocolate curls/shavings. I over whipped the batter to create the cracking effect in the top of the cake for texture and used the fudge as a top coat in order to create the design before baking. Put in a VERY hot oven at 475 for 15 minutes to rapid rise and encourage the cracks then down to 200 for and hour...then turned off and let sit with door closed for 30 minutes. No water bath. Cool effect.
