I mean where do I begin? Thank you sooooo so so so much to for featuring me in their illustrious magazine and for finding me and my business fascinating enough to highlight me. I am beyond grateful to God for providing me with this opportunity. I only pray this continues to open more doors for me in the future. Y’all go check out the article. Atelier de Tuere presents Tour de Tuere.

I worked so so so hard on this menu. The menu name is Tour de Tuere, essentially a tour of me and a culmination of all of the cuisines I have been trained to prepare. The cuisine is heavily nutritious based, but plays on different cuisines such as French, Brazilian, Italian, American and more offering you all regional options in your own home.

Bookings will be available later today. I am excited to finally provide you all with intense and everlasting cuisine. Check out the menu and comment which dish stands out to you the most.

Shoyu Ramen for dinner last night :) This was my first time making Ramen and haven’t been to a Ramen restaurant yet, but I can compete 😅

Steak, Boiled Eggs, Carrots, Scallions, Ginger, Garlic, and Red Onion with a soy based broth.

DEFINITELY hit the spot. Can’t wait to try another type of Ramen next!

I’m back and I’m better 😝

First official day at Le Jardinier was yesterday. I’ve been on the garde manger station, which I love because I get to perfect my plating skills.

First plate shown is the baby butter lettuce dish paired with Zucchini, Spicy Lavash, Marigold flowers, & other secret ingredients 🤣

Second plate shown is the Burrata Salad. Burrata cheese, melon and cantaloupe ribbon, peaches, plums, and heirloom tomatoes. Both topped with a Masia oil from Spain which runs about $40 a bottle. Healthy and light apps to start off your course!

I’m very excited to see where this journey will take my culinary skills and I am excited to share it with you all. Stay tuned for some beautiful plating and culinary dishes made by yours truly! Chef Raj 👩🏽‍🍳🤍

About a week ago, I did another calibration, from rare to well done. The temperature’s and tastes were on point if I do say so myself. Featured are my beautiful steaks, as well as some of my favorite taste testers, the servers and my GM. I’m so grateful for this opportunity to continue to expand my skill set and knowledge.
