What a HOT night at the Houston Professional Fire Fighters Association Gala last Saturday! Our fearless leader, Ellen Ramsey, toughed it out and stayed throughout the event to make sure “everyone” was in good hands. But seriously, we were beyond thrilled to be a part of such a special event. We had wonderful clients with great vision and we loved helping bring those ideas to LIFE!

We spent a couple of days turning Moody Gardens into Kellerman’s Mountain Lake lodge from Dirty Dancing in honor of Jennifer Grey, the keynote speaker for the Galveston Regional Chamber of Commerce Women’s Leadership Conference. The Australian American Chamber of Commerce partnered with Let it Fly Events for their annual gala at The Revaire on Friday evening. Using indingeous plants from Australia, such as eucalyptus and kangaroo paw, a beautiful blend of colors created a lovely backdrop for the event. 🇦🇺💐

This year, the Galveston Chamber of Commerce hosted their annual "gala" but transitioned it into the inaugural Galveston Island Country Music Fest featuring up and coming Texas talent. 👩‍🎤

We transformed the Galveston Convention center into a country western h***y tonk - complete with a mechanical bull. 🤠

A client took a gamble on a Vegas theme for their sons' B'nai Mitzvah, and it paid off! ♣️♦️

Featuring iconic hotels along the strip, the infamous M&M store and giant hanging cards over the dance floor, our team managed to capture the magic of Vegas right here in Houston. Specifically, at The Alligator Club, which was the perfect setting to project video on the walls to really add to the immersive experience 🙌

Last month, we assisted one of our favorite corporate clients with a 4 day conference for 1300 attendees. 🤯

There were multiple events daily, spread over three different venues with the grand finale as a black tie awards gala. Truly, a night to remember for everyone involved. 💞

One of our favorite events of the year - HLSR Trailblazer luncheon and Fashion Show. ✨

This year we topped out with 2300 attendees. The Enchanted Garden theme made for a bright and cheerful room and we loved this color palette.

Our friends at The Round Top Collection added special touches with all of the beautiful metal flowers and stunning honoree wall. As always the market and Fashion Show were top notch.
