These Doors. These doors will allow a bride to take one last look at her reflection before she walks down the aisle. The reflection of her last moments as an unmarried woman. The reflection of her and her father before he gives her away. These doors will allow a brief moment to breathe before they slide open and a bride starts her walk down the aisle toward her future. These doors are something special and are the perfect compliment to our chapel changes ✨

Renovation timing is a delicate balance around here and first up was the office. This building was used for storage and even included a bathtub! Demo, new floors, and fresh paint made this space come alive. Still needs some finishing touches, but we can’t wait to begin working in here! ✨

It was a tall task to come up with a new name and look for such a historic venue.

When brainstorming names, we finally landed on ‘Vale’ which is a synonym for ‘Glen’ and a nod to this venue’s rich history. We also loved the play on bridal veil…added bonus 😍

Soon after purchasing the venue, we ran across an old set of keys in a closet. We loved their charm and the history they represented and instantly knew we wanted to incorporate keys into our logo! If you look closely, you’ll see the end of each key has a letter…one H and one G…another nod to this beloved venue’s history.

We truly cannot wait to begin to “unlock forever” at The Vale 💛🗝

New Reception Hall coming at ya! With large windows that overlook our gardens, this new space will include groin ceilings, wooden beams, and a brand new bar. We are so excited about this new space and all of the celebrations to come within its walls.

Let’s Meet! We are Travis and Leslie Postany and we (along with my cute parents!) are the owners of The Vale!

In 2020 we completed our first labor of love, The Luminaire, and have enjoyed it so much we decided to do it again! From the moment we stepped onto this historic property we knew we’d found something truly special. The rich history, the beautiful gardens, and the peaceful oasis tucked into a city block all instantly made us fall in love.

We can’t wait to put our own personal touch on this place and to continue celebrating so many beautiful beginnings here at The Vale 💛🗝
