Thank you to everyone who came out to support FCMLLC and The Uptown Theatre to see Barry Corbin. Andrew McCarroll said this was the best attendance he has had since opening the theater.
We had people drive from all over Texas to come see the show. Barry even had distant relatives and several childhood friends attend.

Also in attendance was Jae Head (S.J. - The Blindside) and David Valdez (George Bush, Sr.‘ s photographer).

Kenny Graves did such an amazing job moderating the show! Barry & Jo both said he was the best they have ever worked with!

The audience asked such insightful questions, they really did their research on Barry’s life! Covering every topic from his life growing up in West Texas, his father’s political career, “catch phrases” from some of our favorite movies, honors he has received, along with so many amazing stories. Sharing his wisdom, humor and “precious” memories/stories.

Barry stayed until every last picture was taken and every autograph signed.

Barry Rogers, Wayne Public Relations thank you so much for your patience and persistence. It only took us two years to finally do An Evening with Barry Corbin but it was definitely worth the wait!

Thank you to David Horner for doing such a great job on sound.

After the show we returned to the hotel and this will always be one of my favorite memories. I kicked off my boots, sitting indian style and chatting with Barry, Jo & Mary. Shortly after arriving these two ladies checked in and I had noticed them kinda hanging around … they finally got up the courage to walk over and ask … are you … as Barry stood up and said “yes” the teenage girl said, “I knew it I recognized your voice”.

I’m not sure who was more surprised them or Barry … he couldn’t believe a teenager was such a fan.

Barry this proves your talent spans generations and you are truly carrying the torch for the true Texas Cowboys!

Such an honor to work with you and I look forward to doing it again, hopefully in 2024!!!

What a way to end the event year! Mary we did it 😊.

I have been a fan of Barry Corbin since I was a kid! Yesterday I had the opportunity to work with him and today I’m honored to call him and his beautiful wife Jo friends.

We had such a great time eating lunch and listening/telling stories. Today was extremely special, no cameras or fan moments, just hanging out with this authentic Texas Cowboy who is truly one of the nicest, funniest and wisest people I have ever met!

Jo you are a rock star and the love, admiration and respect y’all have for each other is beautiful …

Kenny Graves you always have the most insightful questions! Elaine Webb Graves so glad we got to celebrate your birthday!

The stories you could never dream/imagine or make up… we ended our meal by sharing a single dessert family style ❤️!
