Mary Lynn Mayhem, a captivating burlesque dancer, instructor, and costumer from Dallas, Texas, has enchanted audiences across North America since 2012, performing in iconic cities like New Orleans, Montreal, and Las Vegas. As a showgirl of the renowned Ruby R***e, she earned the prestigious Best Troupe award at the 2014 Burlesque Hall of Fame, solidifying her status as an industry luminary. Joining the Show Pony R***e in 2023 expanded her artistic horizons, further mesmerizing audiences with her unique style and creativity. With over two decades of experience, Mary Lynn's versatility and magnetic stage presence make her a sought-after entertainer, celebrated for her innovative routines.

Aria Delanoche is an award winning burlesque dancer and showgirl based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Since her conception in 2014, she has spread her glittery glory from Buffalo to Bucharest, headlining events across Europe, Australia, and North America. In 2018, she was awarded "Best Debut" and "Most Classic" from the Burlesque Hall of Fame. In 2020, she won the title of "Queen of the St******se" at the Teaser Festival. In 2022, she became the Duchess of Exotic World at . Known for her exquisite and innovative costuming and fierce energy, Aria has also been invited to present at Burlycon and taught her classes at over 30 burlesque schools worldwide.

Come to "Bad Girl: A Burlesque Bump and Grind Workshop" with our Secret Headliner! She has been traveling the world and has knowledge and experience to share with you.

In this workshop, you will learn how to bump and grind, the fundamental of burlesque, focusing on sensual movement, body isolation, and playful expression.

Wear comfortable clothing, heels (if desired), and knee pads.

The class will consist of:

-Warm-up

- Bump and Grnd basics:

· Introduction to bump and grind techniques and history.
· Practicing hip bumps, grinds, and body rolls
· Emphasis on isolating body parts and using arms and hands to frame the body

-Slow grind Movement:

· Exploring sensual movement and expression
· Practicing slow and powerful walks and poses
· Emphasis on confidence and playfulness

-Choreography

· in Groups, create a short routine.
· Practicing bumps, grinds, and sensual movements in a fun and flirtatious sequence

-Cool-Down and Q&A

· Stretching and relaxation exercises
· Answering questions and providing feedback
