They say the Lord won’t put more on you than you can bear, but right now my heart is broken into a million pieces. Yesterday, I laid my beautiful mother to rest after she fought so courageously against cancer. She wasn’t just my mom; she was my biggest cheerleader, my light, and a joyful presence for everyone she met. If you visited the Dazzled Food Trailer or experienced a Taco Vibes Catering event, you may have felt her warmth and seen her radiant smile. Earlier this year, she came all the way from California to Texas, spending her precious time with me from March to July, supporting me and pouring super vibes into our business and our lives.
My love for her is beyond words, and her loss is a weight I’ll carry forever. To all of you, please hold your loved ones close, make memories, cherish each moment, and never take the time you have together for granted. We never know when those moments will become the memories we hold dear.

Another year around the sun, and I’m feeling beyond blessed. 🙏🏾✨ This birthday weekend has been all about embracing the person I’ve grown into and cherishing the gifts and talents the good Lord has placed in me. It’s taken years to step out in faith and not just exist, but truly live with purpose. Every step may be small, but each one is filled with meaning and grace. Wow, today marks 4 years since you were called home, and I find myself lost in old memories, reading over the messages you sent me. You were the first to believe in me, to see something in me that I hadn’t even fully realized yet. I’ll never forget how you stood by me when Taco Vibes Catering was just an idea, investing in my dream with nothing but faith and love. You believed when I was still finding my way, and that belief changed everything for me.
We used to say that our faith would have us living risky, trusting the path even when it was uncertain. So much has happened since your first investment in Taco Vibes—so much growth, so many lessons. But through it all, your influence has remained, guiding me, reminding me to stay fearless, just like you were.
I’m forever grateful for the love and support you gave me, the quiet strength and courage you carried that still inspire me today. There’s a kindness that flowed from your heart, an unwavering belief that made me feel like I could take on the world as your Big Sis. Some days, it feels impossible to grasp that you’re not here physically. I wish we could have just one more moment to laugh, to spin the block “Turbo Style” like we always joked.
I miss you in ways that words can’t even express. Your absence leaves a space that can never be filled, but your legacy—your heart, your spirit, your faith in me—lives on in every step I take. I carry you with me in everything I do, every achievement, every milestone.
Thank you for betting on me, for showing me what true belief looks like. I miss you deeply, but I know you’re still with me, watching over this journey. I love you, bro, now and always.

As a proud boy mom, my life is filled with endless adventures and love.

Despite facing the challenges of being a widow, I choose to look out of a blessed window, embracing each day with gratitude and positivity.

Cooking isn’t just a passion for me; it’s a way of life. I love creating tasty food and crafting memorable events for all to enjoy.
