This person will be interacting with various customers ( Answering and Transfer incoming calls )
-Seasonal fast paced environment must be able to focus under pressure with positive attitude
-Run errands for Office and CEO of company as needed
-Provide support to Sales team and other departments as needed.
-Daily Logs of calls.
Qualifications
Prefer someone with a GED or higher ( or 3 years of experience and higher )
Preferably Bilingual (Spanish) but no required
Must have 2 years experience as administrative assistant Experience working with Microsoft Office (MS office suite: word, excel)
Customer service skills
In-office experience
Great Attitude
Attention to Detail Good interpersonal skills
This is a Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm position. ( Pay based on experience)
