After a lot of field testing we have decided to move to this type of electric smoker. It just seems to really produce a much more even cool and you don’t have to worry about perfectly seasoned hickory and post oak to ruin the natural flavor of your cauliflower steaks or bean Pattie’s. We also will no longer be offering prime cuts of meat or small batch seasoning. We think electric microwave smoked soybeans is the true future of TX BBQ.
