Fam Jam is not about celebrity, it’s about celebration.
A celebration of the love, fun, and need for bonding that exists in all of us.
When we come together like we did this weekend, that energy radiates first among us then out into the world. Making it a slightly better place one person at a time. So from the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who made this moment possible and for making the work worth it!

At the top of our list... YOU! YES YOU, THE ATTENDEES! The first-timers who took a chance on us, the 2019 vets who continue to believe in us, the North American and European Kizomba powerhouses who came to stand by us, made the dance floor and the halls come alive.
To ALL of Fam Jam’s Badass Volunteers and Madrinas Emma & Jenny, you gave soooo much of yourselves to make this event a success. We are truly grateful for your selfless dedication.
To Fam Jam’s Instructors Kimberly Nicole, Horácio João Horácio, Alize Kizomba, Laury, Mário Jordão Ecks, Janel Danza, Zilda, Peter Pedrology Nwabueze, thank you for bringing your knowledge, your professionalism, your passion for instilling confidence and excitement, and your bright energy to the classroom and dance floor alike.
To our Fam Jam DJs, Filipe, Guelas, Oscar, Johan DjMojo, D J Keidy Adrenalina, you are the lifeblood of this event. Though we may have been crying 🚨outside the ballroom doors when folks wouldn’t leave the dancefloor at 8AM on Monday LOL, we were filled with joy to see y’all inspire folks to stick around EVERY opportunity they could get. You all worked together, helped each other, vibed with each other to create magic on the dance floor. For this, we are eternally grateful!
To Fam Jam’s vendors, Fabulouslystyle access, Cindy Velez, HIMBA sacs et chaussures en wax, Sweets By Alize thank you for creating the festive atmosphere.
To Fam Jam’s tech team Mike from Latin Nation Media thank you for working around the clock to capture all these beautiful moments. Thank you Wesley from Dance America and our setup crew for providing the perfect ambiance and dance floor for our festivities.
