MY EXQUISITE DECOR would like to THANK Charlecia, Tresell, Angelica, Londyn, Kendra, Charlie, Denise and Hilary for attending my 1st INTRO 2 BALLOONING workshop class.. They all learned the basics about blowing up different sizes and styles of balloons…learned different techniques and was even able to build their very own balloon table top centerpiece to take home with them.
