We provide event planning and coordinating services, event decorating (floral arrangements, balloons, event specific decor), and we also have a network of photographers, videographers, DJs, caterers, private chefs, servers, and bar tenders we provide individually and for all inclusive event packages.
How it works
Contact us to schedule your consultation. During your consultation we will discuss the type of event, date, location, vision, party size, budget, and services requested. After that your coordinator will send you an itemized estimate and request for a deposit, and a contract. Once the contract is signed, we will provide you a detailed schedule of things that will take place leading up to your event. After that, we will work closely with your party point of contact to execute your event to perfection and give you a weekly count down and summary of service report (explaining what took place that week progressing your event to complete readiness for the actual event).
