Born in Memphis Tenn., Ursula Adams inherited her great grand mother's love of good food, her mother's business savvy and her restaurateur father's expertise in food preparation and management. At the tender age of fourteen, she moved the sprawling metropolis of New York City where she was to have her first experience with island cuisine, which soon became her first love. Her first visit to Jamaic

a solidified her desire to bring those in the United States true authentic Jamaican cuisine which she learned how to prepare through her many visits back to Jamaica. With her extensive experience as a restaurant and events manager in the Houston area, Ursula felt it was time to branch out and open a business of her own. By marrying her abilities passed down by her parents and mentors, she has been able to build a business by satisfying the desire of people who long for the authentic succulent flavors of one of the mainstays of the Jamaican diet "Jerk Chicken"! Ursula's Jerk Chicken is an excellent compliment to any occasion bringing a unique home cooked flavor to your kitchen table, holiday party, office party, bachelor party or a great finger food for Game day!

If you need to soften butter quickly but don't want to MELT it, Put boiling hot water in a glass to heat the glass. Dump the water out and flip it over your stick of butter. In a few minutes it will be perfectly soft to use!
