As an Independent planner, stepping in to give your special event the attention it deserves, demonstrating meticulous attention to every detail required to bring your event wishes to life, driven by my “It’s All About You” philosophy

Younique Affair an Event Coordination service....along with several aspects. The decorative design and floristry piece is responsible for artistically arranging flowers and creating original designs to make bouquets, corsages, centerpieces, wreaths, and other decorations. The aperitif and mixology catering piece is accountable for inventively preparing and assembling food and beverage presentation for the occasion. The venue management piece oversees our event space, Casa Zafiro and the use of the facility which ensures a private, intimate environment complete with all services rendered by YouNique Affair. ~ Serving the Greater Houston area and beyond

How and when did I get started?! since 1986, my fondness for creativity was nurtured and I began at that time making homecoming mums. For the longest time, homecoming mums were a Texas-only tradition. For those who don’t know what a homecoming mum is, at its most basic, a homecoming mum is a flower (mainly a chrysanthemum) decorated to match school spirit colors & mascot, meant to be pinned same as a corsage. Nowadays, these have become more ornate and worn in different manners. Even at that time, my conception was one of a kind. I didn’t ever make not two alike. It was then that I realized how important it was for me to bring out the uniqueness of each individual with my designs.

From then, until this day, I remain constant with my philosophy, and it’s a true pleasure for me to be a part of memorable occasions that are cherished and most appreciated by YouNique Affair... It really is All About YOU!
