My mother was the Manager and Head Cook for San Jacinto Ordinance Depot, Hughes Tool Company, and The Houston Independent School District. Her cooking was appreciated and enjoyed so much by by the Superintendent and Administrators in HISD that she would be asked to cook for parties, weddings, etc. Mother was one of the best cooks at St. On Sundays after church it was always a lot of extra people a

"My mother is gone on to Glory now, but she left some of her cooking abilities with me her daughter Wanda PEARL Evans. I will do my BEST mother with GOD'S help to make you proud of me.
