- sharp white cheddar w/cranberries

(The Vegan loaf looks a little pale, and I’ve always had trouble getting vegan cheese to melt…)

Baking: it's a therapy of sorts. A labor of love.

It helps me to think. It helps me to focus. It helps me feel productive, challenged, and accomplished.

It gives me a creative outlet.
I am able to make something that brings joy to others, which in turn, brings me joy.

It's a little hard work that with concentration, time, precision, and passion can result in a pretty terrific finished "work of art".
