Every party includes Face painting, Glitter Tattoos and Balloons. 1st hour is $125, additional hours are $100 per hour. I can paint/tattoo approx 12-15 kids per hour. A specialty balloon will be made for your birthday child to match the party's theme. All other children attending the party will also go home with a twisted balloon.
