🌼 Under a canopy of colorful wildflowers, we sprinkled a little magic at ! 🌿✨ Guests grazed on a bountiful grazing table, savored fresh bruschetta, and cozied up with Italian favorites like eggplant parmesan & baked ziti. 🍋💕

Our bloom-filled beverage station kept everyone refreshed with iced tea, lemonade & cool water — the sweetest sips for a day of laughter, love & wildflower dreams. 🌸🥂

Paulette Project had the honor of crafting a refined, coastal-inspired feast — poke-style bowls brimming with tender tuna & succulent shrimp, paired with vibrant edamame, crisp bean sprouts, garden-fresh lettuce, juicy heirloom tomatoes, creamy avocado, julienned carrots, crunchy cucumbers, and just the right squeeze of fresh lime. 🍤🥑🥕

We had the absolute pleasure of catering a Taco Tuesday–style graduation party for Arden & Sahara — and let’s just say, the tacos were as amazing as their accomplishments! 🎉

Our festive taco bar was loaded with:
✨ Seasoned ground beef & shredded chicken
✨ Fresh toppings galore — lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, jalapeños, and more
✨ Homemade salsa & creamy guac
✨ Warm flour & corn tortillas

Friends, family, and a whole lot of tacos made this graduation one for the books! 📚🎉
