Planting tip,
Get your bed prepared for garlic planting.For best yields, garlic can survive our zone 5 winter. There is soft neck garlic and hard neck garlic.
Prep your bed working in a 10-10-10 granular fertilizer. Break your cloves apart and plant 4-6 inches apart, this allows large bulbs to grow! Plant at a depth of 1 -2 inches. Water in, and cover with leaves or straw to conserve moisture! Easy, try growing garlic this year!

Humorous thoughts for the day.
If your plants leaves are turning yellow, it might be because it has to little water, too much water, to much sunlight, not enough sunlight, too much fertilizer, not enough fertilizer. Or the big one, your plants don't want you to be a successful and happy plant grower!

Come to Gypsyfest tomorrow 12:pm to 7pm at the Hancock County Fairgrounds! Start that Christmas shopping early! Get your fall decorating started! Can't make it Friday, no problem! We will be there Saturday 9am to 4pm! 150 vendors! Cash is king due to spotty wifi, I have venmo also!

More tips for Gypsy Fest this weekend!

We are finding that internet connection at the fairground is pretty spotty. Therefor it is somewhat expected that vendors may have issues running credit and debit card transactions.

A few vendors do take other forms of payment like Venmo but...

CASH IS KING!!! Bring plenty of it with you!!! You will wish you did!

NO ATM on site!!
Admissions only accepts cash.
