Tonight we catered the 18th Cigar Classic presented by the Association of Facilities Engineering Long Island Chapter 4 and NYC Chapter 80. The evening was filled with ci**rs, casino tables and great BBQ. Thanks to the crew for making this event run seamless.

Thanksgiving catering was delivered from Harrisburg, PA to Selden, NY and lots of places in between. Catering included turkeys, smoked briskets, garlic smashed potatoes, burnt broccoli, string beans almandine, bacon cheddar southern style corn bread, homemade cranberry sauce and cornbread stuffing.

Brisket stuffed baked potato and over stuffed pulled pork sandwiches were served at Matador of Roslyn Heights tonight. Tatuaje and My Father’ cigar were the event cigar of the evening.
