Grass Blasts Yard Signs for All Occasions ***Weather plays an integral part of placing yard signs. We will not place yard signs on days when inclement weather is forecast.

**If the residence where the yard presentation is placed is a rental property or part of an HOA, please ensure you have proper permissions to accept this service**

*If you are booking for a home other than your own, please notify at least one member of the receiving household. Although we will be easily identifiable, we would hate for anyon

e to mistake us for vandals*

1. Payment is due at time of booking. This enables us to secure your date.

2. Payment is agreement that Grass Blasts LLC and its representatives will not be liable for any damage or injury caused to any person or property during setup or removal of your yard presentation.

3. Installation will be done the night before (8-830p) or the morning of (5-530a) your booking. You will have 24 hours from the time of installation to enjoy your yard presentation. A fee of $25 will be added for an additional day. If you need a different time for installation, please advise when booking.*

4. If possible, please plan a week or two in advance. We will however, accept same day bookings for an additional surcharge. *Pending greeting availability*

5. The signs are property of Grass Blasts LLC. Feel free to take pictures with the signs but please do not move or otherwise manipulate.

6. For any signs missing or damaged, you will be invoiced.

7. Please ensure debris is cleared from your yard, to include animal f***s. We WILL NOT place signs unless the area is clear.

8. Please DO NOT turn on your sprinkler system or cut your grass 24 hours prior to or during the time of your yard presentation.
