SILENT AUCTION
There are two ways you can bid on the silent auction items at this year’s Dixie Roofing Clays for Children Sporting Clays Tournament. You can bid in person at Iron Mountain Sporting Clays or you can simply place your bid by listing the amount you wish to bid in the comment section below the photograph of each item. All items will be available for pickup at Iron Mountain Sporting Clays this Friday. If you are unable to attend our Sporting Clays Tournament, pickup for any item can be arranged at any of the District Attorney General’s Offices of the 8th Judicial District. The auction will end at approximately 1 p.m. EST on October 6, 2024. Bids can only increase by $1 increments.

We are partnering with our very own local Barn at Magnolia Acres, in the heart of Huntsville, TN. Set up example photo below, set up will not be exact, but similar. We will only have four dates open, once they are all booked that is all for this year. However Southern Lace will be opening a few extra dates for some casual Christmas photos.

Clients MUST pay a $50 deposit upon booking to secure their date between Southern Lace and The Barn. The remaining balance is due by the day of the session.

Dates available are:
November 12th: 2pm, 2:30pm, 3pm, 3:30pm, 4pm 4:30pm

November 25th: 2pm, 2:30pm, 3pm, 3:30pm, 4pm, 4:30pm
