Hey there!
I wanted to take a second and introduce myself. I've lived in Utah for a long time but have lived all over the country. I love being a free spirit, enjoying the outdoors and going wherever life takes me.
I married the love of my life and have three beautiful kiddos. They are my world.
The name of my business eludes to my name. My name is not actually Kay but Kayla Kline. My fam calls me Kay, hence the name Kay's Events and Picnics. I wanted something that spoke to the way I treat my clients, like family.
Why do I event coordinate?
I LOVE being part of the magic that happens during events. The effort and hard work all reaching a peak in which all you need to do is stand there and watch it all unfold into a magical moment. The smiles, the love and the tears (happy we hope) from my clients is why I do what I do.

🎄Holiday Vacation Rental Setup

Had to make a special post about this one! The client asked for a custom cake for hubs birthday and said this cake topper was thier humor for inspiration! Naturally it was provided and added on top of the requested cake.Though the topper is funny, the cake is no joke 😂 This delicious cake is lemon meringue and was definitely one of the stars of the show!
