I love to cook fresh, real food for my family and friends. I've been doing it since I was 5 years old, alongside my dad and grandma in their kitchens. The kitchen is one of my favorite places to be and I love creating yummy dishes to gather people around the table. This might not be your experience, and cooking can be time consuming and overwhelming when you are already short on time. However- thi

s doesn't mean you need to give up and order takeout. I can make meals with fresh, real food for you and your loved ones. Each Thursday at 2:30 pm, I will post a Meal Menu that lists a few different items available to order. These items can be soups or stews to reheat, one-dish meals to finish cooking in the oven, or desserts to savor. The items will always be yummy and homemade, and require minimal steps before eating. All you need to do is comment below the post with your order in the order window time-frame. I usually need to close orders before noon on Fridays. Pickup will be in the parking lot of the Meijer grocery store in Whitestown, Indiana each Monday evening between 5:30-6 pm. I will message everyone who orders with payment and pickup details by Monday afternoons. I also host cooking classes! Kitchen confidence is a passion of mine, and I would love to help you gain confidence and learn new skills in your own kitchen. Message me for more details. I love making gluten-free and dairy-free meals. However, all meals are prepared in a environment where gluten and diary may be present. I cannot guarantee foods free of food allergens. Chili sounds so tasty when the weather is cold! I use ground beef, bacon, beans, peppers, and my own mix of seasonings and spices make this a filling dish- and it’s the slightest bit spicy, so it’s perfect with a dollop of sour cream or guacamole on top and a side of tortilla chips! It also freezes great!

These bakery-style cookies are BIG and they have become super popular! Large, soft, and full of yummy chocolate chips- they are a great dessert for your family or Santa! 🎅🏽

🌿{Spinach and Artichoke Pasta}

A delicious pasta dish- even though it’s meatless! Gourmet cheeses are cooked together with a homemade creamy sauce and lots of artichokes and spinach, then tossed together with bow tie pasta. The addition of breadcrumbs on top give it some crunch.

This is a tasty and comforting soup- perfect for a chilly winter night! Shredded chicken breast, lots of veggies, and rice simmer together with herbs and seasonings in a nourishing broth. I love eating this on its own for lunch or dinner!

This pasta dish is FULL of all the Italian flavors you love! Italian sausage, tons of Italian seasonings, marinara sauce, and lots of fancy cheeses tossed together in pasta- just bake it in the oven and dinner is ready! This is also a great dish for the freezer!

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! After making 306 taco stuffed shells, baking with 10 sticks of butter, and whipping 16 blocks of cream cheese, I am enjoying the holiday weekend with my family in Pittsburgh.

Homemade rolls are great for Thanksgiving dinner! These are handmade and from-scratch. Soft, dense, sweet, with a touch of salt. They’re lovely on their own, but they’re even better when you have them alongside a warm meal!

All of the flavors you love in a broccoli cheddar soup, but this one is a bit healthier! I use lots of broccoli and dairy mixed with some potatoes and chicken stock- it reheats perfectly in the microwave and it’s just the kind of dinner you need at the beginning of November!

This is a treat from my childhood that I never stopped loving! Lots of pepperoni, Italian cheeses, and herbs rolled together in bread dough and baked to perfection. You can eat the slices cold or warm, and I love serving mine with my favorite marinara sauce!

I love this versatile and delicious protein! It’s filling on its own, but even better on a salad, sandwich, nachos, baked potato, or veggies! I use my own homemade Buffalo sauce mixed with chicken breast for a slightly spicy and warm kick!
