It's the eve of opening day !!! If you don't know by now, Fred is a family operation, both blood & not. April, the chef & mastermind behind our menu. Todd, Fred's personal driver, bank (🤣), worker, baller & kabbober. TJ, my right hand man & Fred's biggest fan. This year marks a new beginning as my father steps off of Fred & I take over the reigns. This is both terrifying & exciting. We appreciate everyones support over the past 5 seasons & cant wait to make new memories this season.

We spent our Sunday moving Fred's headquarters into our new commissary/event center. We can now host weddings,birthdays,reunions, pop up restaurants, kitchen rentals for food vendors. With plenty of parking in a park setting. In beautiful Pittsboro IN only minutes from 74.
