I don’t speak on this often because it’s not happy content we usually deliver BUT this topic has waved heavy on my heart as it just happened this past wknd and we are parents to 4 kids with one being 2. 😭😭

Our PROMISE is to ALWAYS put your children’s safety first even if it ruins party plans.. PERIOD!!
Please note I would never cancel your event unless it’s for your safety and ours.

This does NOT happen when bounce houses are properly secured and safety precautions are in place. FAMILIES if you own a bounce house for personal use PLEASE invest in proper anchoring. Plastic stakes are not going to cut it!! Unfortunately, this event where it took place was using a personal bounce house. 😭

Please be mindful when pricing around that the cheapest is not always the best route to go. Do not rent from companies that cut corners or don’t take pride in your safety. It simply is not WORTH IT!! 😭😭 There is a reason why we invest in commercial grade high quality bounce houses. If you can see through the material or its thin it will NOT hold up in these unexpected winds!!

I monitor weather daily leading up to your events as this has become something I don’t take lightly. Please.. please… please monitor weather conditions if you are renting or using a personal bounce house!! If unexpected wind conditions pop up throughout the day I will text or call clients myself to ask them to turn off the bounce house until wind speeds die down.
**BOUNCE HOUSES REQUIRE ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES!!**

Our hearts go out to this family during this tragic time in their lives!! 🥹🤍
