In just one month from today, on March 16th, 2024, I am being honored and recognized as a Boss Chick at the 2024 Boss Chick Dinner Summit along with my girls Katrina Michelle & Greta Knox. I am so excited and grateful to be recognized for my hard work and being a true example of a business woman. Being in this business is no joke. Only our fellow colleagues, families & closest friends truly know how hard we grind day to day.

Shout out to all my family & friends that have purchased tickets to be their to support me. There is still time to purchase a ticket, if you like to attend. I would love to see you there.

Before I do anything else, I must Give Honor, Thanks & Praise to God for allowing me to crossover into this New Year. It's only because He allowed me to...

2023 was filled with many blessings particulary the biggest highlight of the year was my retirement from LA County Probation Dept, as a Deputy Probation Officer after 32 years and the growth & success of my business Finesse By Felese Event Planning, ending 2023 with 45 events completed. Thank you Lord! And with all my heart I thank my clients for the business & support!

However, I had some much needed lessons, some losses, some pains & some strains in all areas of my life that help me to see clearly, learn, grow and be better.

My plan is to stay connected to God and BELIEVE what I have been praying for as He leads me through each day of another chance to get things right, make adjustments, continue the goals I started, to elevate higher, to create the life I desire, to have love, peace, joy, prosperity, good health, wealth and longevity.

I have Faith & I Believe that God will give me my hearts desires, as I stay connected to Him!

Cheers to saving the best for last.......
It's September 30th and it's my Birthday ya'll.

Yes, I am 52 boo and this day marks 6 mos since I retired from my career as a Deputy Probation Officer. I do miss my job but it feels so so good to be retired with a monthly pension & benefits for life at this age and be free to do whatever else I want. It's called having options & flexibilty to create Multiple Streams Of Income for myself on my terms.

As you have seen from my post, my event planning business has kept me on my toes. I am forever grateful to all my clients that chose me to create beautiful memories for them. Also, I have been working on things that I have put on hold for too long. Thankfully, I recently I got a well needed break from my business to work on my list and just in time for my bday of which I have decided to chill for the day.

I don't have everything my heart desires but I'm working on achieving as many of them as possible.

As I begin this new chapter in my life, I will begin with this,
Philippians 3:12-14; "But one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead. I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.”

It has been a hell of a year so far with me retiring as Deputy Probation Officer this past March 2023 and continuing on with my business Finesse By Felese Event Planning. I have designed and completed 34 events this year thus far. #'s 35 & 36 this weekend. Thereafter, I'm taking the last 2 weeks of September off to rest up and celebrate my birthday on 9/30.

I have several events from October thru December with 2024 bookings already happening. Thank you again to each and everyone of my clients that has supported me and allowed me to take care of you on your special day! Declaring more in 2024!
