HAPPY JANUARY FRIENDS! We are so BACK✨
It has been the most amazing last couple weeks of the year and the new year looks even more promising💖

I wanted to hop on and share a little porch stand update! This is a long one, but worth the read, i promise🫶

After lots of back and forth (with myself) I’ve decided to instead of running it and planning my menu like a bakery, I’m going to lean HARD into the more “farm stand” feel of it all.

What does that mean?! 🧐

No more big boxes/large cakes/expensive items!

I’ll be sticking to individual items and expanding what I offer to add things like:
• cinnamon rolls
• muffins
• seasoning packets
• grab and go LATTES(so excited about this!)
• bread loaves- think banana bread-no sourdough
+ cookies, brownies, and cake slices of course

I want the porch stand to feel welcoming and accessible to everyone, and I realized that selling $55 cakes and $25 cookie boxes without individual options simply isn’t an option for some people, especially in this economy!

Hopefully these changes will bring lots of new faces and also add lots of new favorites to all my OG customers list🫶

THAT ALL SAID-
My sister got engaged on New Years Eve (Congrats Jennifer and Dylan!) so I need to start making some moneyyyyyy ASAP 💰 which mean time to turn the oven back on!

It is with so much sadness I have to cancel tomorrow’s cookie + cake sale-

A little (but vicious) bug has struck my poor family and not only is there simply no way for me to get everything done tomorrow

This is also definitely not anything I would ever want to potentially pass on to any of my sweet customers 😬

That being said, we’ll see you all after the new year!

I tried THREE new recipes last night and funny enough, not one, not two, but ALL three of them were duds 😅
So, not as much variety as i planned, but ALL the staples, so still lots of good stuff🫶

Cookie tins are all priced as marked and include:
✨Gooey butter cookies
✨Oreo balls
✨Mini chocolate chip cookies
✨Fudge + Pecans
✨Twix thumbprint cookies
✨Decorated sugar cookies

*I also added mini treat/cookie boxes for a smaller option!

2 separate Sales, hopefully to cater to everyone’s parties, get togethers, and plans around the holiday 🫶

As I promised, I’ll have lots of decorated sugar cookies and plenty of bento cakes PLUS Christmas cookies trays-

A little bit of everything for everyone, but I do plan to have plenty of decorated sugar cookies since I’ve gotten so many messages about them!

UPDATE 📣 CANCELLED!!!

I have pivoted a bit on the Christmas menu and instead of being heavily cake based, I’m going to lots of cookies and treats instead!!

I WILL still have bento cakes available next weekend and the week of Christmas for grab & go, but this way there will be way more variety for gatherings and parties! 🎄🫶

To kick off the month, I’m going to have a CAKE SLICE porch sale NEXT Saturday & Sunday✨

This will give everyone a chance to try all the cake flavors I’ll have available for the 23rd and 24th (along with everything else!)

Also, i made a poll recently and i heard you guys-
With that poll taken into consideration, I will open a VERY limited amount of orders for Cakes then everything else will be first come, first serve on the 23rd and 24th🎄

Prepping for the WIN today I messed up a ton of chocolate chip cookies-
Probably shouldn’t be experimenting with my oven temp on a dozen cookies😅

I can’t sell them, but they’re perfectly good to eat and it reminded me of a fan FAVORITE from 2023✨

The perfect combo of salty and sweet, elevated to 1000 by topping with crumbled chocolate chip cookies!
