Happy Saturday! I never post any of my silk videos because I’m just now learning and understanding the fundamentals of this painful apparatus (never said it was my favorite 😅) but I could not pass a moment of having frozen randomly picked out to play on my phone and start dancing on a silk 😂

Backstory behind that I’m a Disney dork and my daughter has been obsessed with Frozen 2 lately so I hear this all day every day. I’m learning to embrace being into the Unknown 🤣⭕️❤️

Happy Friday! Very random but I didn’t know it was National Dog day so here is a picture of my baby girl being a little dork 🥰😂

Throwback Thursday! With gigs and our first student showcase coming up I thought about posting one of my previous showcases I did awhile back. If your a student at Jax Beach Aerial Arts you should sign up for our student showcase Heroes vs Villains. With performing it’s all about just having fun and my favorite part is getting into character. Happy throwback Tuesday! I’ve been away for some bit. Needed some time for myself and get my life in order but this time I’m back and staying 😎 this is a move I learned awhile back at my old studio I used to train at. I really need to get back into my improv play time ⭕️❤️

Good Morning Everyone! Hope everyone had a good weekend. This is a sneak peek of my setup for my beginner lyra class. We had a fun mix class of all levels and newbies. I teach a beginner sequence that fits for everyone and for my advanced beginners I add in a various of more advanced moves they can add into the sequence. Then we have a freestyle at the end with the whole class. Everyone did amazing yesterday! Next time I’ll make sure to record 😄🎪⭕️❤️ come join us next time it’s every Sunday at 11am

Happy Wednesday Everyone! My schedule is going to be a bit crazy the next two months with one gig in North Carolina, one in south Florida and now a showcase coming up.😁All that doesn’t stop me from training hard and teaching my students. This was a part of a sequence I learned a few weeks back and been adding it into my routine. I wanted to post this video because it shows how tired I can be after so many runs but I still keep pushing forward. Never give up on yourself! 💪🏽🎪⭕️❤️
