Halsema y’all showed up today. We are out of brisket, ribs, Mac and cheese, and baked potatoes today. We will be staying for about 30 more minutes if you guys need anything come on and see us or give us a call we still have turkey and pulled pork. We will shut the window at 5:30. Thank yall!

It’s Friday! It’s a new year! Football season is almost over, hunting season is almost over, and when spring gets here in just a minute it’ll be a fresh start to a new year! We will hit our regular spots next week starting on Tuesday in Macclenny. Tonight though we are headed to the North North side. Black Hammock Island! We have a lot of folks out there that love our slow smoked BBQ so we are starting 2025 out feeding them tonight for the food truck Friday at the park. If yall live out there or even if you don’t it’s a nice ride so come see us. Window will open at 5 until 8 so come on out. See yall when you get there!

Happy New Year to all of yall! We welcome 2025 with open arms. Although we suffered a lot of personal loss in 2024 and know it’s a year to forget, we are thankful that the good Lord has blessed Amy, myself, and this big red wagon by allowing us to keep on keeping on even through all that tragedy! We are grateful for each and every one of you guys and we know 2025 is going to be even better than 2024.

We will be out at our regular spots starting next week. Tomorrow we are serving at a car auction and Friday evening we will be in Black Hammock Island for their food truck Friday. So if we don’t see yall out there we will see you next week! Thank you again for a wonderful year and yall tell your mamanim we said thank you!

Is there anyone interested in smoked meat for your New Year’s Eve parties? We had quite a few orders for Christmas meats. We are not planned to be open again until Jan 2nd because this week is generally slow. However if there is any interest in us smoking a whole cut for you on New Years Eve we can probably make that work. I know grilling is half the fun of throwing the party but sometimes life gets in the way. Y’all
let me know. I’d be happy to fire up the ole tea kettle smoker for any of yall.

Today is the last day to get your orders in for Christmas Eve BBQ. We are actually doing all 4 meats per some other request. Let us know if you want anything we still have a little room left on the smoker. We will meet you on Christmas Eve in Macclenny, Callahan, and the westside of Jax. Call us or send a message.

•Whole Brisket - $150 (we can do a smaller brisket for $125 if you prefer)
•Whole Boston Butts $40
•Slab of ribs $35 or 3 slabs for $100
•Whole or half turkey breast $70 whole $40 for a half.

We will be doing private events for the rest of this week which technically means the rest of the year 🤷‍♂️. We will not be back on the street until Jan 2 but look forward to seeing yall then.

Half chicken plate with 2 sides for $15 or add a half chicken only for $12. Y’all come get your favorite slow smoked BBQ today otherwise you’ll likely have to wait until next year. We will be smoking whole briskets and whole Boston butts for delivery on Christmas Eve 12/24/24. We will meet you either in macclenny, Callahan, or the westside of Jax depending on your location. Prices will be $40 per butt (6-8 lbs) and $150 per brisket(8-10 lbs) all orders must be in by Sunday 12/22/24. Message us direct here or call 904-894-3352 for more information or to place an order.
