We had two catered events Saturday and these are photos from the second one. The first being a simple drop off and set up. This one was a banger. We did a couple of things different; adding fried chicken morsels and open faced mozzarella cheese bread. Gluten free of course. The breading for the chicken as well as the artisan roll (not shown) was from our new signature gluten free flour blend that we wanted to test out. I am happy to say that the new blend turned out amazing!

An absolutely amazing event and a beautiful home. Gonna post a Reel as soon as we can of everything.

Last night we had the pleasure of cooking for some friends 40th Wedding Anniversary. Chef Robert Brovont out did himself and we had a blast serving up these courses for the family. Big shout out to Cap's On The Water’s very own Chef Chip Richard for having us be a part of his parents special occasion.

Ahhhhh… Here’s one more that is a great pic. We were laughing too hard to get a solid pic but this is still a great one. A couple of weeks ago we catered our friends wedding and that had this man taking the wedding photos. You know him, we love him, the Renaissance Man himself, Kurt Rogers II. Business owner, Photographer, Muay Thai Fighter, Zen Master, Breathe Coach…..it just goes on. We had a blast hanging out with him.

It’s Good Friday! And here are a couple of pics of our little Sous Chef Annabelle Brovont and her dad Chef Robert Brovont. Ol’ Chef Robert passing on his knowledge to his daughter is such an adorable sight to behold. Annabelle always wants to come help us with catering events when ever she can. Such a sweetheart this one.

Some beautiful shots from last nights catering. I bartended while Chef Robert Brovont knocked out the cuisine. There are few more photos we are going to drop as there are a lot and yesterday shaped up to be such a beautiful day. Our little Sous Chef Annabelle Brovont was with us and helping her dad knock out some incredible hors d'oeuvres.

We are cooking 3 nights this week for a family that is staying in town. Last night Chef Robert Brovont made some Gluten Free Nut Streusel among so many other awesome things while our baker Debbie Trautmann made some incredible desserts to pair with the dinner.

This morning I decided to use some of the left over streusel…….. my god!

You want to treat yourself to a killer breakfast!?

Spinach and Cheese Omelette topped with Sriracha (because you gotta bring the flavor); with a side of Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Blueberries and topped with this Streusel!!

It’s healthy, flavorful, spicy…..the streusel and blueberries complement the tartness of the plain yogurt.

Had to post this cause this is kicking the day off right!

We are growing and coming up with new things to add to our dance card. This little bad boy is our latest addition to what we are going to offer for catered events. Now we are going to start adding gluten free fried items to go along with Chef Robert Brovont’s other culinary creations. We will start this with an event we’re gearing up for in April. Can’t wait to have some pics of what we do with it!!
