As most on here know, I love music. More than just love-I LIVE for it. Name that tune and random music knowledge has been my forte for years.
As most of you also know, I love trivia and have hosted it here in eastern NC for over a year now on a part-time basis. Being a trivia host has provided me with a social experience that I was craving after turning into a work from home lawyer. I’ve met people, learned a lot, and most importantly—had FUN. It doesn’t feel like work. It’s something I look forward to multiple nights per week. It’s brought me friendships. It’s also been a nice little revenue stream that has helped me and my little family grow. I’ve had great feedback from my regular players about how I’m a fair and consistent host, and that I give fantastic music clues for the questions that they look forward to each week.
I’ve decided it’s time for me to combine these two things. There are multiple trivia shows and music bingo shows in and around Jacksonville, but there isn’t a music trivia show. Where the focus is SOLELY music based.
Well, there is now. Because I’ve created one. Sam’s Jams ENC, LLC is officially open for business. I’ve taken the plunge and became a small business owner. I’m scared and excited all at once…but I know this can and will be great. Please give my new business’s socials a like/share and let me know if you have a venue looking to boost their slow nights during the week.
