The wedding yesterday at Azaleana with Destination Planning and Florida Wedding Supplies was one such event. It takes aa A team to pull off such a beautiful event! Did you know one of the most popular appetizers for weddings is Bruschetta and another is meatballs. So we served those along with humus and so much more to brides in planning at the Premier Wedding Expos . Charcuterie grazing tables are also gaining popularity with bride and grooms. So of course we had to show off our new company. Long lines all day. Our team was amazing! Pita Petals and Platters I Do letters were stunning and tasty.

Veggie and fruit grazing table and a southern menu was served to go along with festive holiday bar served up at Bacardi. We love working with our clients to create the perfect food for any event. Burger sliders, Brisket Burgers, macaroni and cheese, potato salad, coleslaw and southern fried chicken tenders. The Cojito bar got our attention along with the best Bacardi has to offer!

The mezze platter is the original charcuterie board - don’t let the name fool you. This one has: falafel, hummus, spinach pies, kibbie, zartar leban, zartar olives, Arabic cheese, dried orange slices, rosemary and olive oil almonds, dried and fresh figs, cucumbers, pickled cauliflower and other veggies, moon drop grapes, baklava, and halavah. What else would you want on a Mezze board?

Delivered this Charcuterie board yesterday for a clients birthday. So many great reasons to graze. Let us know your favorite ingredients. This had dried figs, dates, apricots, pistachios and pecans. 3 kinds of cheeses, 2 kinds of meats and so much more. Separately was an extra box of mini pitas and crackers.
