Hiring bartenders for your event is this darn easy!

Hello! We are Tipsy Wagon Mobile Bartending. We provide bartending services for all of your private event needs!
We are a dry hire service. What does dry hire mean? Dry hire is the service that offers the rental of a physical bar set up, professional bartenders, as well as mixers and garnishes, without the inclusion of alcohol. When you provide your own alcohol, and book with us, on average you save $1,200. (Based on 120 guests and 7 hours of bartending compared to venue packages).
Some venues in Wisconsin require you to hire your own bartending service. That’s where we come in. We are guaranteed to be licensed and insured in the city or town your private event is being held. Get peace of mind when using our services! We make it fun and easy planning your affordable open bar. We help create a signature drink menu and provide an easy to buy alcohol grocery list.

As the new year begins, we have been really busy with intakes and new clients.
Dates are filling faster than previous years and we have decided to open books for 2026 as well.
If you are looking for bartenders for the 2025 year, contact us asap for a quote. We are reserving select dates for double bookings while most dates we will only allow one booking. 🫶🏼

When utilizing our Drink Consultation option, you get our help in creating custom and authentic cocktails that fit your style perfectly.
We help you create a custom drink menu for your party. After we finalize the drink menu, we provide a detailed and easy grocery list to make this drink menu possible.
This add on option to our flat rate bartending service is only $50!

We post this at the beginning of every year. And every year there is problems.

When inquiring for mobile bartenders to work your event, please please please do your research.
Wisconsin is a dry hire state, meaning the client must provide alcohol for the event. No vendor is able to have a package option with alcohol included without owning the venue and holding a liquor license for the premises the event is being held.

Secondly, if you are hiring random mobile bartenders off of wedding pages. Ask to see their bartenders license for the city your event is being held. Make sure the address your event is being held matches what the bartenders license.
AND ask to view their liquor liability insurance policy! Make sure you and your guests are covered!

Most couples spend ALOT of money, sometimes dig deep into life savings for their special day to be perfect. Stay protected. Ask questions.
