YUM!!! Tomato Pie is a true Southern tradition made with a buttery crust, vine ripe tomatoes, fresh green onions and basil all topped off with a creamy, cheesy concoction and baked till bubbly and golden. We’re ready to eat these! 🍅🧅🥧

Delivered this beauty this morning for an office meeting. I named it the Brunch & Munch. Fresh fruits, bagels, cream cheese, jam, marmalade, pigs in a blanket, butter, mini cinnamon rolls, mini muffins, cheeses, nuts , crackers, cookies and chocolate.

Just a few of the yummy things made this week. Chicken salad croissants, mixed fresh fruit salad, cowboy caviar, chocolate dipped strawberries, cranberry orange muffins, lemon poppy seed muffins, a charcuterie box, 2 ham and cheese quiche, 2 spinach feta quiche, a carrot cake, phyllo pimento cheese cups and tons of homemade pimento cheese and even homemade cream cheese olive spread.

Bow tie pasta and meatball appetizer, charcuterie cups, fruit skewers and phyllo pimento cheese cups topped with pepper jelly.
