JAXCO CLASS OF 2024 FAMILIES-- Cap & Gown Portraits

I am confirmed for May 1st and May 2nd at the Stadium! I will start shooting at 6 PM both nights and will wrap up by sunset.

The Sessions are $75 per Senior and you will receive 5-7 final edited images within the week.

This is for families who want professional portraits of their senior in their cap in gown (don't forget their honor ribbons and such!) and especially families who didn't love the ones they had taken earlier in the school year.

I've been friends with Courtney since we were in 1st grade. It has been so amazing to not only grow up with her but watch her beautiful family grow up too! A couple weeks back we did these photos to document her pregnancy with their third baby on the way and we included their sweet dog Andi who has been on chemotherapy.

This is the most beautiful family and it is a blessing to be able to document these moments in their lives.

My friend Karen asked me to take headshots of her for some upcoming engagements with her work and I was so honored. We have been friends since early Elementary School and watching her be such a great mother and human has been such a blessing. What a beauty!

Athena | Cherokee Christian

Athena is beautiful, extremely smart and even more kind. Not to mention, she is so fashionable! I really enjoyed getting to know her during our shoot at the Cator Woolford Gardens in Atlanta.

Athena plans to go to Georgia Tech in the fall and pursue a degree and career in science. Wow!

Sweet Baby Ashlyn, she is sheer perfection.

On Saturday I went to Lindsey & Keith's house to capture this special time with their beautiful family. Ashlyn was less than a week old and so tiny! She was the sweetest little thing and she rocked her first photo shoot. She has the cutest two older brothers who already love her so much!

Are you a business owner wondering what hiring me for a Branding Content Creation subscription service would look like? Here are a few photos to give you a better picture of what my service could do for your business.

These are a handful of photos-- all in all I delivered 71 photos. This could be yearly, quarterly or monthly depending on your needs. I delivered a mixture of updated headshots (as needed for social media, marketing products, website and more), photos of their beautiful space (for social media posts and to use on their website instead of stock photography) and candid shots of their team in action to use on social media.

I shot for under an hour and did my very best to stay in the background as they went about serving their clients.

These beautiful photos are from Renewed Salon in Jefferson, GA. Alexa has done the most incredible job creating such a gorgeous and calming space. This is one of the prettiest and aesthetically pleasing salons that I have ever stepped foot in. You truly feel like you are treating yourself from the minute you walk in. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Calling all CLASS of 2024 parents!!!

I am thrilled to be offering these this year! As of right now, I have JAXCO & Cherokee Bluff HS confirmed as two locations, the dates are TBD but will be determined by next week. There will be two date options for each and they will fall around the end of April/beginning of May.

I have had interest for Jefferson and am working on that if anyone wants to help me with scheduling the stadium. If you want to inquire about your grad’s school, please comment below. Looking at you Commerce, North Oconnee, Gwinnett/Barrow/Hall 👀😄

Aimee Pritchard Souto has been helping me coordinate slots for JAXCO & Amanda Davis Henson for CBHS.

Cap & Gown Mini Sessions will be $100 for a 10 minute session. You will receive beautifully edited digital images on a gallery for downloading. Please contact me if you would like to add parents into the portraits, we can make it happen for a slighty longer time slot and fee.

This is great for families who don’t love their Cady photos 😬, haven’t done Senior portraits in cap and gown, or just want a beautiful portrait for graduate announcements!

Fall 2023 was SO MUCH FUN with these amazing Seniors from the Class of 2024! Winter is always a quiet season for me because it is cold and dreary but I am looking forward to my sessions with more awesome Seniors this Spring!

I am NOW BOOKING the remainder of this school year and my calendar is filling up fast! Don't let this semester get away from you without doing one of these sessions with your graduate before they walk across the stage!

These sessions are FUN (I promise) and they capture all the unique things about your Senior. Portraits are often used for graduation reminders, resumes, headshots, graduation gift "thank you" cards, etc.

Class of 2024 | JAXCO | John

John is probably way cooler than I'll ever be. He is incredible with computers, he plays multiple instruments and he loves 70s rock. Not to mention, he has way better hair than me.

We took John's photos just days after his last football game band performance and I could tell that he had enjoyed his years on the field. I enjoyed getting to know John and we had a little fun looking at records in a local antique store.

His sweet girlfriend tagged along so we had a good time including her in some photos.

I am excited to hear about all you achieve John, never stop playing!

Class of 2024 | Cherokee Bluff Bears | Davis

Let me tell you, I am a big fan of Davis. All of my seniors have been personable and wonderful but Davis right off the bat asked me a personal question about myself, "So how long have you been doing this?" I had to think about it because it has been a long time, over 12 years.

Davis is very kind and is extremely well-spoken. He has a highly coveted intern spot at the office where my son and his younger brother do therapy. That is his dream, to work with kids and be a physical therapist. I think that this is so cool and so admirable.

He has the best heart and has a big interest in ministry. We took some really amazing photos with his Bible and journal.

I am so looking forward to Davis' future and I cannot wait to see all the people he will help along the way.

Class of 2024 | Jefferson Dragons | Ty

Senior Portraits but this one is my nephew! Insert misty eyed emoji here. How on earth are we already here?

Travis became an uncle to this curly-haired boy when we were friends and still just in high school. When I look at these photos, I still see that same little face and remember all the times I answered his pretend toddler phone. Time moves so fast.

We are so proud of Ty. He is an incredible (and I mean incredible) guitar player, the most fun I've ever had watching a tennis match, insanely smart and such a good human. I cannot wait to see all he achieves.

We love you BIG BIG BIG Ty. And I love these photos, what a privelege to take them.

Class of 2024 | Cherokee Christian | Maren

We met at the stables where she rides and the weather was perfection! Maren is smart, well spoken, gentle and kind. We had such a fun time with her favorite horse. We took lots of photos and gave lots of snacks!

Maren is the big sister to a brain tumor warrior just like my Amie so she has a special place in my heart. ❤️

She plans to attend KSU in the Fall. I know deeply that she will be the kindest, most successful young woman.

She mailed me the sweetest note this week after her session (how incredible is that?!), I’ll include it here in the post.

✨Legacy Sessions: Mills Family✨

The Mills crew had me out to their family home for an hour long session and we had such a fun time! They are a spunky, fun crew and I loved it!

Legacy Sessions are wonderful because we get to maximize the time with everyone together as we get all the wanted combinations, poses and candid photos.

These photos are so important to have and I am so blessed that they chose me to capture them. I hope that they bring the Mills family joy for years to come!

These goofy girls call themselves the 4-lifers as they play volleyball together and are the best of friends. All four went into 6th grade this year so we had to do a best friend photo shoot!

They had me chasing them around like a pack of wild raccoons (typical Middle School vibes) but we had a great time!

Class of 2024 | North Oconee Titans | Grace

Grace's mom described her as a "gem" and I do believe that is the best word that encompasses Grace. She is smart, kind and fun. She brought along her Bible and her soccer gear for our shoot.

Grace has played soccer since she was very young and it has become something that all of her siblings love, too. She has committed to Louisville and has BIG dreams for the future.

Class of 2024 | JaxCo Panthers | Merritt

Merritt is seriously the kindest young man, probably ever. I was so impressed with him! We trekked through Braselton and I really enjoyed our conversations.

He loves to hunt deer, it’s a family tradition. He currently has his sights set on UNG’s School of Business and with how cordial he is, I know he will impress a lot of people in his future career.

He drives his grandfather’s truck and that’s something we have/had in common, so you know we had to get a shot of it. ☺️

Class of 2024 | JaxCo Panthers | Channing

We’ve been watching Channing grow up (literally!) in church for several years. It’s hard to believe that he is a Senior. It is, however, easy to believe that he is 6 foot 5 inches because he gets it from his dad!

Channing loves basketball and sneakers. He has some pretty cool shoes and I was a bit envious. He has big plans ahead with an economical mindset, he intends to start college nearby and looks forward to transferring into a large university after his core classes. I can’t wait to see what he achieves in the years to come.

The absolute highlight of my night was watching two guys, both well over 6 feet each, attempt to get Channing on the goal for the shot he wanted. I had to include a behind the scenes photo as his mom and I watched very nervously. Ha!
