Alpini….We have been following the development of the Alpini recruits all season. Today was the first time we have seen them in full snow camo and fully equipped for an overnight mission. Jenn and I are great fans and supports of the Alpini, so imagine our surprise when they knocked on the door of our cabin this evening and asked if they could camp out in our yard! Wow, what an amazing experience! These guys are rock stars and it is an honor for us to have them spend the night bivouacking at our cabin.
