Easy Sheetpan Pancakes!
🥞3 cups all-purpose flour
(Or do 1 1/2 c flour & 1 1/2 c almond flour to lessen gluten and add almond flavor)
🥞¼ cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
🧂1 teaspoon salt
🥛2 ¼ cups buttermilk or whole milk(you can make buttermilk by adding 1 tbln vinegar to 1c milk )
🥚2 large eggs(room temp)
🍦1 tablespoon vanilla extract
🧈8 tablespoons melted butter divided
🥞Sheet pan Pancakes!
I added blocks of toppings…choc chips, pecan and brown sugar, fresh raspberries, freeze-died strawberries (mix into batter they’ll burn if not), top of photo is macadamia nuts coconut and white chocolate. Enjoy!
