Smoked wings for North Fulton Charities, Food Pantry.
Memorial Day week is usually a very slow week for us at A&S Culinary Concepts.
So, when our friends at North Fulton Community Charities Food Pantry call and ask if we can do something with 200 pounds of chicken wings for them. Of course, we jumped at the opportunity to smoke the wings for them.
Today, we smoke them. Tomorrow we package them and deliver them back to be given out.

I have said it before and I will say it again, being a Chef is part of a Brotherhood 👨🍳👩🍳🧑🏽🍳.A&S Culinary Concepts volunteered to help out North Fulton Community Charities FoodPantry with preparing 2,000 pounds of beef that was donated by Costco. A few phone calls later……..The Executive Chef of Truist Park, The Opening Executive Chef from Georgia Aquarium, retired Executive chef of the Downtown Hilton, The retired Executive Chef from the JW Marriott Buckhead, The Executive Pastry Chef of Kennesaw State University/Atlanta Marriott Marquis.Not to mention the incredible team from A&S Culinary Concepts and we were all in on breaking down 2,000 pounds of beef to both smoke and to sear off and prepare some delicious beef stew.Thank you all, what a great day…..tomorrow we package it up and send back to the Food Pantry.#asculinaryconcepts #asculinary #cuisine #catering #chefsofinstagram #food #foodie #johnscreek #alpharetta #northfultoncommunitycharities #Atlantabraves #truistpark #cheflife #chefbrotherhood
