I’m truly grateful for the recognition and awards I’ve received—they mean a lot to me. At the same time, I want to make sure the focus stays on the work itself rather than the accolades. I never want it to seem like I’m collecting awards just for the sake of it, so I just try to stay grounded and keep doing what I enjoy.
P.S. Dear Facebook, please stop making me turn off the "enable stars" to show their appreciation option. I'd rather receive a "roll my eyes" emoji.

Well, I somehow managed to win The Wedding and Elopement Couples Choice Awards TWO times, TWICE in a row for The Knot and Wedding Wire. 2024 was awesome and I'm looking for the bigliest 2025. Haha.
I’m still not entirely sure how it happened, but I’m just going to roll with it and hope nobody asks for a recount!
I guess it just means I was in the right place at the right time. 😁 But hey, I’ll take it before anyone realizes their mistake 🤣

Marrying close friends.

This week I'm showcasing a couple that have been friends of mine for years now. I met them separately and when I found out that they were a couple, I was so ecstatic! Not only are they photogenic, acoustically talented, artistic and skillful, creative, and technical in the aspects of life as long as I've known them. It's going to be fun and a privilege.

I have the ultimate VIP backstage pass to love—I get to officiate the wedding of two of some of my closest friends! This time, I'm not just attending the wedding; I'm the one making it official. Let’s just say, I’ll be delivering more than a toast—I’ll be asking them if they do!
