Is your day of coordinating really only the day of the event?
No. It would be impossible for me to do your event justice if I just showed up the day of. So I try and start contact with you a few months leading up to the event so I have all the information I need to do my best for your event!

What are your prices?
Simple event (50 people or less): $250
Day of Coordination: $250+Houly day of
Day of Coordination Gold: $350+ Hourly day of
Large Event Planning (51 people or more): $475

Do you have a travel fee?
Yes! This only applies to locations over an hour away from Johnson City. This is the same as the hourly fee ($40).

Are your services really necessary?
That is a subjective question. I feel it is for a wedding. I hate having to ask people to help me do things. So I recommend paying someone to take care of the details that way your family and friends can relax and have fun!

This weekend was a BEAUTIFUL weekend for a wedding. This venue was a dream to work with and see with the finished product. Take a look at the reception space. I cannot take credit for the decorating, Becuase the bride had a whole team of people who had it done before I could even get there to help. They were amazing. I LOVED being able to work with this bride. Congratulations to the Whiskeys!
