Is your day of coordinating really only the day of the event?
No. It would be impossible for me to do your event justice if I just showed up the day of. So I try and start contact with you a few months leading up to the event so I have all the information I need to do my best for your event!

What are your prices?
Simple event (50 people or less): $250
Day of Coordination: $250+Houly day of
Day of Coordination Gold: $350+ Hourly day of
Large Event Planning (51 people or more): $475

Do you have a travel fee?
Yes! This only applies to locations over an hour away from Johnson City. This is the same as the hourly fee ($40).

Are your services really necessary?
That is a subjective question. I feel it is for a wedding. I hate having to ask people to help me do things. So I recommend paying someone to take care of the details that way your family and friends can relax and have fun!

This weekend was a BEAUTIFUL weekend for a wedding. This venue was a dream to work with and see with the finished product. Take a look at the reception space. I cannot take credit for the decorating, Becuase the bride had a whole team of people who had it done before I could even get there to help. They were amazing. I LOVED being able to work with this bride. Congratulations to the Whiskeys!

Happy Monday!
I wanted to let everyone know that I appreciate each of my amazing clients both past and present. I have been debating changing my prices for a few months now, and have tried to keep my prices low because I know weddings and other events are so expensive. I also want to maintain being affordable for those who want my services, but I also have to do right by myself. I assure everyone that I work with that I will do everything to the best of my ability and maintain affordability. I do this in addition to my full-time job, so my time has to be managed and used properly. For any current clients who have paid their deposit, your prices will remain the same as well as what services you will receive. If anyone has any questions or concerns, PLEASE reach out at any time! I love being able to help all of my clients.

So, I found this thing that is called Smile Sunday. I wanted to share a behind-the-scenes picture that makes me smile so much. This is the best part of weddings. Being able to see a bride have some snacks before getting married. Post in the comments a picture that makes you smile!

Happy Tuesday! I am a huge list person. I LOVE a good list to make sure I do not miss anything. Would you find it helpful to have a planner or coordinator who provides lists to help ensure you do not forget things when planning or packing for your big day?? I want to make sure I am doing the best and the MOST for my clients!

Here is a peek at an invite I put together for a wedding in a few short weeks. I love taking a bride's ideas and turning them into a reality. I am LOVING using a postcard for RSVP replies. That makes it such an easy process!

Hi friends!
I wanted to show an example of the timelines I create for the day of your wedding. These are very basic, but a cuter version (similar to this) is given to both the bridesmaids and groomsmen so everyone has an idea of what is happening and when. I fit them into what the couple wants! I want the client to feel like everything makes sense, so it will look and write the way that you, the client, would write it. These are the most basic compared to what I see for the master timeline.
