Today we officially welcome A.J. And Callie to our 2025 family of clients. They have sealed their date with us and we are so excited to work with them both. They have chosen a beautiful venue for a fall wedding and we love that combination. Somehow, the sweetest couples find their way to us and we are so lucky. 👍

A life long friend. A man who has experienced a lot of his own life right beside of me while I experienced mine. A kid waving at me across the hallway at age 5 and continued to wave at me as he drove off with his new bride. A neighbor willing to drop anything to help. A solid musician experiencing the act of making great music night after night in so many settings on stage and in the studio as well. A jokester. A witty, silly, good man made to be the salt-of-the-earth who loves his family unconditionally. I’ve seen this man go 1 for 1 roasting hotdogs over an open fire with me and that night we must have slammed 2 packs. We’ve laughed a million times or more together. And now, he’s our #1 fan on this page and I’m very proud to say I have always been his. Today is his birthday. Would all of you please join me in wishing Mr. David Decker the most happy birthday ever!

Happening right now, Taylor and Cole have scooped up their wedding date from our calendar and we couldn’t be more pleased. And get this-they’re planning a CHURCH WEDDING AND RECEPTION! It's a double-header weekend and we welcome our 2nd couple to the GPMixers family today. Brooke and Ethan have asked us to be a part of their special day. Their venue location is in the beautiful state of Virginia so we will be traveling a little bit for this one. We are very fortunate they asked us to work with them.

To all of the vendors, venue owners, clients, family and friends who continue to support our little business, we are eternally grateful. 2024 has been very challenging and for the 1st time ever, we had to enact backup plans due to Hurricane Helene. Our trusted peers and colleagues stepped up in a big way to come to our rescue and we are so grateful. May we all reflect, learn, strengthen, plan and move forward in 2025 and beyond. We have a desire to continue what we do while we're still able to do it. That being said, 2025 looks good for us once again. To my lifelong partner, Angie, I would never choose to do this without your encouragement, love, talent, partnership, grit and pure energy. You work tirelessly and end every night with very tired bones and an aching body, yet, you bounce back time after time. You are the most amazing person I know in this world.

Happy New Year everyone. We hope to see you out there this year. Keep it real. Take GOOD care of one another and remember, you get out of this world what you put in. Peace, Love and God's Blessings to all!

Today is the day of quotes for us. We love days like today. Some of the dates requested fell on dates were already booked. Some fell on dates we have open. Either way, we always try to help. We have a couple of very reliable and professional top-tier companys that we recommend when we are already booked. We just want to help to point folks in the right direction.

Tonight we welcome Amanda and Brad who have asked us to join them in being a part of their special day in May 2025. We met with them previously and had a wonderful time getting to know them. Now, we are able to officially put pen to paper and chisel out the details of their wedding day with them. We couldn't be happier for them! Spring and Summer 2025 is shaping up so well and we are super-excited!

Today we had an amazing in-person consultation to finalize plans for an April ‘25 wedding. The venue is absolutely beautiful and so very accommodating. If you haven’t had a chance to look at Oak Meadows Farm just take a moment and take in the beautiful accommodations they offer. We cannot wait for Emily and Justin’s big day! We are soooooo excited.
